Liam Belton says:

Anybody can buy a GLC Class but you can't buy common sense…

td li says:

This caller is stupid. Why would you file bankruptcy in this situation? Sell the cars, knock out the other bills and then pay off the house. I could do it all in less than 4 years with that shovel.

Spectacular Rich Beauty & Brilliance says:

You might want to get rid of that "Dusty" Man you have. He should be taking charge; sticking his neck out to save you…and himself.

Santonio Allen says:

Bankruptcy?!?!?! Girl please!!

Derek Kirchinger says:

Child support eat you alive ? for some lazy person what brag about single mom to live high on hog. The Child supposed cost a lot especially legal fees.

1caramarie says:

It didn't take Dave to figure that one out. I was listening wondering if she was insane. Lets save for the future, while we are too stupid to figure out, that maybe we should fix our finances first. I bought my vehicle in March 1999, still works great. Zero credit card debt and just one year to pay off the house. All this on Social Security.

Im from Venus says:

Savannah M in the comments is definitely this caller.

NYC Entrepreneur says:

So really $110k in debt.

Jason Halloway says:

Paul Nightwolf says:

When in doubt chapter 7 out.???

Purpose InAction says:

Usually it's not easy to just "sell a couple of cars"… Cars depreciate and people are usually upside down on them. I'm assuming these people may have luxury vehicles and they would have to put a substantial amount of money down just to even trade down to something cheaper…and a private sale is not a guarantee depending on how much you owe and what the value of the car is. Banks won't touch it if the value isn't there vs. the payoff. Dave doesn't openly suggest or agree with Bankruptcy because it goes against his business model. But sometimes you have to at least be realistic when considering all of your options. Even if bankruptcy isn't the best route.

Megan Wass says:

I wish I made that much money

Catt's Box says:

Uncle Dave just kicked the door and told her his way and bankruptcy is not option! ?

Warren Bellamy says:

$720 a month in child support??? Goodness!

Visaliaipa says:

Something isn’t adding up. If they are making 160k, I highly doubt they are getting back 11k as a tax refund. If her mortgage is 140k the payment isn’t that high, u less they’ve taken out equity etc. Either she is wrong about their income or they have other debt she did t disclose.

rwcwalter 86 says:

Dave has no clue about taxes!!! According to his math, the would be paying less than 10% income tax. They still have to pay child support and health insurance, so NO WAY is their take home 135-140

Rhythm In Life says:

They make good money. Sell the vehicles. That mortgage is not bad at all.

BenzoB says:

$78K in cars? That’s scary.

treyatl2006 says:

I wish he would have went into the cars.. I wonder what kind of cars they have for almost 80k…. That's crazy and I'm currently fixing my own crazy. But not that crazy.

Bit kamp says:

She is qualified for CEO at GM
