Wouldn't it be cool if it was an actual joint session. Pass around the pipe and hope for some "mediation" or at least some kind of "good vibes"
You can also handle everything outside of mediation or say nothing during mediation and then speak in a tribunal hearing; not legal advice just invoke Rights.
In my divorce my husband has been fighting me over a year to detete my alamony request, he financially abused me, now i live in shelter, found a free lawyer, you cannot mediate with a narsasist, you dont tell people that. he prefers to go bankrupt paying his lawyer than to pay my alamony…what next? Mediation is for 2 sane people, not only one.. HE IS SETTLING TO GIVE ME NOTHING 20 YEARS OF MARRAIGE..$0 and his reasons are rediculous WHAT NEXT!?? Thank you!
Is there a time to object at 13:24? Like a period to confer with the client and rebut the situation?
What is a Facilitator? The same? I am clueless about this process, I am pro per and the other side is really billing the other party for a lot; but they are evil.
