Roxanne Behrens says:

An 11 year debt from a work comp case where I am the plaintiff, and work Comp didn't pay all the debts. One medical procedure ends up in litigation and debt to doctor is never paid because part of the treatment included a body part receiving treatment, that was not stated as the injured area but the other body part was. For 11 years, you was under assumption and understanding, that work Comp paid the bill. Now comes the summons and surprise to you, and you dig and find your records. Through trying to prove you're not suppose to have this bill, you are divulging your records to the plaintiffs attorney. Everything you have shows a $0.00 balance on your part. Dates are showing that the actual credit collection had you paying amounts that were current instead of when it reached the statue of limitations but you had no idea that those payments were going to a work Comp non payment.

If you're sued for the entire bill, and you had made a settlement offer after receiving the summons, and the say it's not enough, what would be the answer or key thing to search for when in court, that stands my ground in not paying it ?

Roxanne Behrens says:

What if you got fooled or manipulated and gave the plaintiffs attorney, paperwork that turned you into a witness for the plaintiff and you still have to defend yourself in court?

If I have over 100K in Total credit on 20 cards, and slowly use 95% of the total line(s) of credit, just paying the min each month and when I finally reach 95% of the total lines of credit, stop paying the min, transfer my bank account $ over seas..and move …then come back YRS later…and transfer back my $ into a USA acct…buy a home …can they find me and take my money in bank? And put lean on my home? Can they say I max out my Cards? Even though I only used 95%?

Can I get arrested for fraud?

If I just stay overseas, can I get in trouble some other way if I did this?

Johnny R Finley says:

I just turned 67 and on Social Security. Paid an attorney $ 500 to negotiate a settlement with LVNV FUNDING. This attorney took the money and to date has done nothing to help me get LVNV removed from my credit reports. I am at a loss as to how an attorney can take advantage of someone who wants to live up to his obligations and would provide nothing in return. LVNV funding has done nothing to verify the debt through FULL DISCLOSURE . I need help and at this point have wasted 500 of which I never had in the first place.

Mike W says:

I was recently served a lawsuit from PRA, but on the complaint they did not include a single affidavit, credit card statement or any other evidence. Do they usually include supporting documentation when suing? Could this possibly mean that they don't have enough evidence and that maybe they were just testing their luck with the lawsuit?

Quinton Rivers says:

Let me ask, does the debt buyer have to show what they purchase the debt for? I'm thinking, how can one sue me for an amount not owe to them. For example, If I owe chase 60k and lvnv brought it for 4k how can lvnv rightfully say I owe them 60k ? Just seem like its illegal.

Kim Fetter says:

Your videos are so well done, anyone can listen and understand what you're saying. Thank you for your time and efforts.

Veda Les says:

So if you entered into a verbal agreement in court right before trial (almost the full amount) have you now created a new relationship with the junk debt buyer. Does that now compromise your case?
