As of June this year, our public debt was 6.6 trillion shillings. Each Kenyan citizen, including those born now, owes creditors at least 139,000 shillings due to public debt.

This is sad. It has been predicted that next year 2021 will be a n economic breaking point (implosion) for Kenya… Public finance and public debt must become an important consideration for the ordinary citizen because these things affect his/her life directly.

Debt is not problem sgr is best decesion every country Morocco south African Tanzania can make, every country needs a competitive edge or you fizzle out , Uganda, Rwandan, DRC, can get goods from Tanzania and make mombassa port irrelevant, The problem is the utilisation of debts inflated cost of projects is the problem. Tanzania will deliver goods to DRC Uganda Rwanda Burundi door step, Rwanda Ethiopia are land locked are doing better than Kenya in aviation conference s it's the vision that matters. Ethiopian has Chinese Sgr and no noises no port..Ethiopia is to set Navy army and have cargo ships yet landlocked Rwanda has dry port targeting Congo.Ghana Angola Nigeria are building sgr, it's invetiable nessary evil tell me which country developed without Rail.

When I voted for uhuru in 2012, i thought that since he is already very wealthy, he knows how to run an economy but kumbe yeye ndio mwizi. Imagine that since independence until 2012, deni ilifika 1.5trillion but from then till now he has managed to get it to 6.8trillion!!!! Aki Kenyans tumeuzwa mchana tukiona!! Now how will we get out of this deni. Im sure my grandchildren will be paying this loan,maybe even their grandkids.

I magine You borrow billions and employ the ones giving You loans so that the same billions go back to the lender. We paid way too much. White elephant ? . Alot of wastage. We must re think strategy..Foreign debt is too high. Corruption too high. Which way Kenya?
