Re apply, or. Contact an attorney thru legal aid, they help seniors for free. I’m in Texas, it’s d law. I dnt kno what state u in. Unless u remarried
I was denied my Soc.Sec. benefits from my Exhusband we were married 20 years. They never told me what I did wrong on the application if anything, just said I didn't qualify as a wife even with all the paperwork I sent in. Im pretty sure on the application that I wanted spousal retirement benefits under my eyes name. Do you know what could have gone wrong ??????? I was depending on that income ,now I'm lost as to what to do without it
