I was misled to be honest n I so that I could be helped to remove my name under that company so that I would be able to pay off these accounts myself

I went to debt review after receiving a call promising to speedily help me settle, not explaining that once I'm in, I am in, even when i got a better paying job n saw that I would now be able to pay off my accounts, I'll couldn't because they've blocked everything paying less than R100 in all my accounts for 48 months as per our contract but they were debiting R1208 every month. I decided to cancel with them not knowing a red flag will remain until I pay off everything however a bank said they can't debit because my details are blocked

NCR is really not intervening, you call their office or call center number till you run out of airtime. I got into debt review after being informed everything will be fine only to find that they were paying around R80 for account, R95 on the other n 130 on another but I was paying them 1300..I thereafter decided to withdraw thinking I'll be able to pay myself after getting a better paying job only to find that every thing is messed up
