I make a payment and the interest comes right in and eats up what I just paid. I’m doing the debt snowball and will slowly do avalanche. My snowball and avalanche are basically the same thankfully.

The only times people are using loans are for buyng a house or a new car.

If you ever accrue interest you’re already in a bad position, I didn’t start using credit until I was 28 and now I’m 30… I’m so glad I didn’t get into credit cards at a young age and glad my parents (even though they were really bad with money) never urged me to get them.
I don’t think people want to buy everything…everything is going up. Rent, utilities, health insurance, car insurance, home insurance, home prices, etc
I have a few credit cards and I paid them off in full. I avoid using my debit card in fear of card skimmers. Those interest rates are so high, you would be paying the interest than the principal.
These people make my $4k look good!
