Well done young lady, you're wise beyond your years.
My WHY is that I want to retire at 50, and I want to retire debt free.

Can you negotiate with the bank to pay ur monthly installment very? For example monthly u pay 2000 but take that 2000 and pay it daily to kill the interest?

Hey guys, please help ????

Since end February until now, I’ve been trying to pay double the amount on my loan with ABSA because I want to reduce the term and capital faster. But honestly, I feel like ABSA is doing me dirty ????.

Every time I call and request that the additional payment be allocated towards the principal amount/loan term, the consultants don’t always do it properly. Then when I asked for a restructure, they would calculate everything telephonically, confirm an amount, and later come back and change the figures again. It’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get consistency or clear answers.

At this point I just want to know:
– What is the correct method to make sure extra payments actually go towards the capital/principal?
– How do I protect myself from consultants not processing requests correctly?
– Has anyone successfully dealt with this before, especially with ABSA?

Any advice would really help because I’m exhausted at this point ????.

I want to cry knowing that I got my bonus and I ate it like peanuts on silly stuff which I can't even remember. A whole 13th check ????????????

My debts are less than 6months old, up to date, never defaulted, but the thought that I'll be paying it off for the next 8 months, when I don't even have a car, a house, investments or savings with 3 kids, and a stuck in a cycle of a stagnancy. Guys sizofa sibanqane, si ngana lutho @ 40yrs.
Guys, I feel like I'm living my worst nightmare in terms of achievements and financial stability.
