Just got an email the sent saying that they serve my job payroll. I need help guys
I paid monthly payments automatic debit on my bank in 2022. Without notice or subpoena they had a judment brougt agenst me now GARNISHMENT of my S.S. from my bank account. This debt was beyond statues of limitations before judgment in ks 3 years without contract 5 with contract
I sent two letters disputing the debt and asking for the wet signature contract, the sued instead. Idk what to do. I have more debt than this.

In the small claims complaint paperwork, including case number, it claims it purchased debt. There is a bill of sale included, affidavit included, and a last partial bill included with a huge difference of what they claim i owe, much less than they claim. Also, only the last 4 numbers of account numbers. The name on account is not my legal name either. How do i fight this and can you give advice or help in person?
They tried suing me, so I showed up in court they didn't show the case dismissed. I never heard from them again.
What if they send a letter just stating they sent the account to their attorney? Can I still do this same thing you suggested?
This happened to me and i wish i had seen this video years ago. I questioned the paperwork i got and all the person told me what i made a big purchase. An appliance. Which is not true. I lived in an apartment for many years. The court order was filed in another county. Midland credit management sent garnishment papers to my employer. I didn't know what to do or who to turn to. I ended up paying over $ 7,000 to get them from garnishing my wages and get them off my back.
I sent them 6 validation letters certified and they didn't send me back anything i asked for sign contract, itemized break down of total. What should i do know they just sent 1 email saying that i owe account. Nothing with my signature, What should i do next? I wanna slow them down. im also unemployed and have just voluntarily dismissed my chapter 13 so i dont have anything they can garnish
