I submitted a motion to compel & in the hearing the judge asked me where’s my evidence that I don’t owe the debt… However I’ve already submitted exhibits, they have them on file (FTC REPORTS, CFPB COMPLAINTS, removal of debt from credit report etc.)

@Artist99CC23 says:

They go to trial? In my experience they never set a trial date and only do a default judgement and never set a preliminary hearing date before a magistrate independent of a tribunal (like they are supposed to) where I can cross examine the man or woman accusing me of debt on the record.

Im saved by the blood of Christ so I don’t want the case dismissed until it’s paid and i have no need to let them dismiss it because I come now in my court of the common law to claim the corpus like mother Mary claiming the body of Christ to get compensated for my time plus the harm and damages they done to me by casting lots for my garments. I agree a debt exists just like Jesus Christ said, but God forgives the debts of his anointed, so it’s just not a debt I owe. I’m forgiven because I don’t believe in the bar religion which means they owe me all of what they gambled on me plus compensation for the harm they caused me. No stranger or other man or woman in any public theater has right or authority to claim the labors of my literal body for their benefit because debtor prison is illegal it’s only tolerated in back woods countries. Robbery human trafficking kidnapping and slavery is against the law today in common law lands and our public servants have a duty and obligation to secure the rights of every man or woman (including me) from human traffickers and to protect his or her property from robbers and pillagers. If I knew how to do taxes the courts could be avoided but I don’t because I’m an idiot.

Well, I just lost my case today. I advised the Judge that I had never been served with the complete Accounting of the debt, including 99% of the documents on the docket. I asked the Judge if he could just continue the Trial to another date and I would go to the Court and obtain all of the documents so that I could properly prepare for the continued Trial date. The judge wouldn't have it and the Judge entered the Judgment against me. 🙁
Can I appeal the Judgment? What happened is that I purchased two sets of mattresses on the credit card. The only reason I purchased the mattresses is that the salesman told me that the company had a "No Questions Asked Policy" and that I could return/exchange the mattresses at any time. Well, that didn't happen. I was defrauded by the Company and the salesman. Don't know what I am going to do now. Any suggestions?
Can I file an appeal and turn around and file a x-complaint for Fraud?
What do you think?

@luxurynaturals says:

When there are settlements do these amounts have to paid flat out or are payments offered?

@jwilli850 says:

I just had a hearing for summary judgment and the judge asked their attorney if they had the paperwork stating they are the original owners of the account and they didn’t have that, and the judge told them to file it or he will send it to trail… Is that bad for me?

@eightfigs3508 says:

The last statement from the original creditor says "DO NOT PAY". Will that work for the "Grounds of Defense"?

@StephenGray-j2u says:

Hey I need talk to you

@dallisprice8133 says:

I went to court today and they clearly asked me about a debt that was 23,000$ but the debt is 15,000 . Asked me do I owe 23,000$ i responded no,i did not tell them it's 15,000$. I asked for the court to wave the hiring and wanted arbitration to handle the dispute. The judge said no. The judge says it will probably be better to make a deal instead of going to trail he got very aggressive and set a trail date. They were very limited with allowing me to speak. What is next?

@leonIdas002 says:

ISN'T THAT SOME BULLSHIT? JUST MORE PROOF THAT THE COURTS ARE CORPORATE OWNED… YOU AS A CITIZEN ONLY HAVE ONE YEAR TO FILE A LAWSUIT ON AN INCOMPETENT QUACK THAT CAN FUCK YOU UP FOR LIFE BUT SOME SCUM BAG CAN BUY YOUR DEBT AND TAKE THEIR TIME TO SUE YOU… PLUS THOSE ARBITRATION AGREEMENTS ARE ONLY FOR EMPLOYESS SO THEY CANT SUE WHEN THE BOSS SCREWS THEM OVER… KEEP PROVING WHAT YOU THINK OF WE THE PEOPLE AND WE THE PEOPLE WILL PROVE WHY HISTORY KEEPS REPEATING ITSELF…

@SingAlong-9 says:

Thank you for the information. Where is the list for the statute of limitations for every state that you mention in the video? Also, what if the debt was incurred in one state and but you live in a different state, which state's statute of limitations applies? ??????

@undefined_love1121 says:

Thank you for the video. I received a summons last Thursday and already lost days to respond due to the long holiday weekend.

@joemoss8106 says:

Question: I live in Virginia and last activity on my credit card is 2014. I received a call from a law firm (Babcock and Associates out of California) stating that the statute of limitations didnt apply to this debt because there was a tolling agreement in the credit card agreement. The credit card was opened in 1993. From what I have read online credit card agreements do not have tolling agreements. Thoughts? Thank you!!

@angelamckinney267 says:

What if you receive ssdi

@kylelove927 says:

Fyi. If you motion for arbitration and the debt collector agrees, you must understand that the law DOES NOT apply in arbitration. An arbitration clause is a safety net for creditors to perform strenuous, cruel and unfair practices off the legal record to squeeze funds out of you.

@rebeccabush6254 says:

What if they are suing you at your mailing address a play you haven’t lived for decades, but not your residence? Been living overseas several years. Would that be thrown out?

@matthewowen1360 says:

What if capital one does not have an arbitration cause?

@jdkohl5037 says:

Private Arbitration doesn't really work if they take you to small claims courts. This is why a lot of collect companies use legal partners like Gurstle Law Firm who know almost every loophole you have to dispute them and then push out thousands of lawsuits against people for small claims courts and small debts. Collections did'nt use to take people to court for dumb amounts like $2k. Now they do for this reason. You can not fight back. They watch all these videos too and know all the tricks you are trying to use. Plus, no attorney wants to represent a small claims really especially under $10,000.

@clh2313 says:

Does private arbitration
Work with a discover lawsuits? What would that cost me if they did?

@tracymckivitz8300 says:
