I pray that I paid my debts , coz I am a bread winner I come to debts for education of my children ,hospitals for my husband I can hardly recover it coz I am only an employee had only basic salary ,debts is big and becoming bigger I can't pay it updated that the reason .and sometimes I will not pay coz I have to buy food first ,by now I am slowly paying the interest but still not enough I am praying to the Lord for a miracles and I can pay all including the capital .

Your 'assets' are still liabilities. The houses you own still have to be insured (something you can't guarantee renters will do), still have to be maintained, still have to be updated. In this economy, you have a far smaller population of decently~paid renter base to choose from. Therefore, you run the risk of having to pull from your own pocket to cover these expenses, if you want decent rents for your properties.
