I was happy in my small town. In my life as a single, thirty-two year old woman. I had a good job, wonderful friends, my independence. I also hadn’t got laid in three years. Hadn’t been on a date in two. Had stopped counting calories and wearing makeup… a while ago. Then Brett Jacobs waltzed in. Caressed my thigh, dug rough fingers into my hair, lowered his soft mouth to my skin, took sexual control of my mind and stirred it all around with what he packed in his pants. He flipped my quiet life upside down and crawled into a place in my heart I thought was dead. The issue is his secret. The issue is her. The issue is that I don’t even know she exists, and he thinks she’s dead. The issue is that shit is about to hit the fan and I can’t hold on to him tight enough.

Because of high inflation and higher costs of living, many women are struggling to make ends meet and drowning in insane credit card debt.

What would you do if you had three days before your execution? Dylan Murphy wrote a book. Murder is an awful thing, but sometimes it can be the right thing. Dylan Murphy knows this, and it is why he never questions the charges that will leave him with a needle in his arm. It’s a story of the friendship that saved his life, and the friendship that will play a part in ending it. It’s about growing up, sometimes much more quickly than we plan. But mostly, it’s Dylan’s story.

A recent study revealed many so-called “HENRYs,” or “high earners not rich yet” feel like they’re living paycheck to paycheck.

Today’s Free Session:
In lifetimes, we might have entered into soul contracts. Or we take vows of poverty, celibacy, suffering, etc…and make Soul promises, in our various incarnations.

These contracts keep piling up over time and limit the expression of your soul in this lifetime, blocking you from living your highest joy.

During this guided session you will cancel, break remove any contracts, in all life times, that you or your ancestors made, that are outdated and do not serve your spiritual evolution and your life’s mission any more. You will also invite Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, their team of angels, your power animals, your inner child, Higher Self and other divine beings of love, light, wisdom and compassion to clear karmic junk and assist you in reaching your highest potential.

Money- it’s a word no one can feel neutral about. Authors and money-management experts Lyle and Tracy Shamo say, “Like it or not, meeting basic needs has nothing to do with poverty and everything to do with how well we manage our money.” In this practical guidebook, the authors will help you take control of your money, teaching you how to pay off your debt-including your mortgage and car loans- and stay out of debt. Advanced computer software (included on a CD-ROM that comes with the book) will help you assess your financial status, learn more about where your money is going and discover how to channel it to the right places.

Before there was money, there was debt

Every economics textbook says the same thing: Money was invented to replace onerous and complicated barter systems—to relieve ancient people from having to haul their goods to market. The problem with this version of history? There’s not a shred of evidence to support it.

Here anthropologist David Graeber presents a stunning reversal of conventional wisdom. He shows that for more than 5,000 years, since the beginnings of the first agrarian empires, humans have used elaborate credit systems to buy and sell goods—that is, long before the invention of coins or cash. It is in this era, Graeber argues, that we also first encounter a society divided into debtors and creditors.

Graeber shows that arguments about debt and debt forgiveness have been at the center of political debates from Italy to China, as well as sparking innumerable insurrections. He also brilliantly demonstrates that the language of the ancient works of law and religion (words like “guilt,” “sin,” and “redemption”) derive in large part from ancient debates about debt, and shape even our most basic ideas of right and wrong. We are still fighting these battles today without knowing it.

Debt: The First 5,000 Years is a fascinating chronicle of this little known history—as well as how it has defined human history, and what it means for the credit crisis of the present day and the future of our economy.
