I tried to like this book I’m sorry. I tried to like this book, I really did. Was anyone else reading the same book I did? First off, I felt the characters were only about half-way developed. We’re given a small glimpse into their backgrounds, which helps establish motivation, but not much else. I understand creating complex characters is difficult to do in such a short time, but they all felt very static to me.
