Thank you for your information. I am being sued by Bank of America by a large Law Firm. My court hearing is tomorrow October 15th. I own nothing and just have a ssdi check in the amount of $940.00 put on a dept card each month. I have no bank account. I do have a car that is 18 years old. Can they take that ??? I am very nervous they will take my car after the hearing. I live in Ft Lauderdale and am going to the Plantation Court house for the hearing. I hope you read this in time. My hearing is at 4PM
