I do not agree with a lot of what Dave says, but this woman is the perfect candidate for his program. Only thing i disagree with him on this person is stopping retirement, assuming there is a match at her employer. Her budget is the issue, and if she fixes that she should be in a great position.

Cancel gym membership, Netflix, etc. It's amazing how much extras add up. Pack your own lunch. There are so many ways to save if you know where your money is going
