I hire an attorney. They charge me 400.00 to help me…they didn't…debt was 1300.00..I was told towards the end of offering to just pay 1000.00
I had to file an answer and now I have a day set to go to court to have a management case conference…I'm dealing with it on my own

Is Goldman Sachs always so difficult to deal with on a personal loan? Our only income is SS which they know because they have a judgement. They only want to settle this for 75% cash no less or 100% on payments. Any suggestions??
