I use tally and yes they pay off the full statement balance of your credit cards with your tally line of credit. Your cards remain open for you to use and tally will continue to pay the full statement balance every period.
Also, that $300 annual fee is a no-go. Yes, the concept has potential, but it needs to be reworked to not cause you to lose money you need.
