Rebekah Robertson says:

I had to rewind and double check what you said for groceries for the week. Gosh, the dream.

Also, I do aldi brand bamboo TP. I get them in 6 packs. That isn't cost effective – but it is what I have storage for. 1 person (2 fur babies) and 1 bathroom

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The GOOD Kind of Midlife Crisis says:

Congratulations on the raise!! Lol, our checks are almost exactly the same now, that's so random ???? What an amazing debt payoff month you have planned!
Oh my goodness!! I thought I was being excessive with my guess, I was sooo off! That is a lot of TP, y'all are set for a while ????????

Terry Henderson says:

Before 2020, we had space for a large in-use pack and 2 large packs on a shelf; it had been that way for hears because we ended up using kleenex one time too many. The theory was that as a pack was opened we would try to remember to buy so we had 2 packs on the shelf at all times. This process kept us from using kleenex although we seldom had 2 packs on the shelf; we kept its space empty, ready, and waiting. In March of 2020, we had one big pack on the shelf and when the other half went by a mid-aisle display he put a big pack in his cart. The next day began tp Armageddon in oir area and we began to pick packs up as we came across them every so often of which we did give a few away to desperate people we knew. For the most part we quit buying big packs at that time, stockpiled a package as we came across it on sale, etc… Last summer/ fall we came across tp at the outlet store that seemed a pretty good price, went home to count what we had, then made an investment purchase to put enough on the shelf to last a year. Within a month the unit price of tp went up considerably. We haven't purchased since, will be looking at our stockpile in October, amd making replenishment decisions based upon what happens government shut down wise.

Traditionally, we have purchased in quantity when we've come across a good to excellent price then not replenished u til the inventory has been significantly diminished; then we start looking. We did get out of the larder stocking habit leading up to 2030 because the other half passed 3 grocery stores amd some farm stands 5 days per week. We had a general grocery budget but were far from tightly budgeted. When gas prices went up a minimum of $1.70 in 4 short weeks last summer and more, we began an inflation fighting larder buying fewer items but in quantity when we came across good to excellent prices. Like the tp, this has served us well and we shop the larder before considering a grocery list.

Budgeting The Bacon says:

Yay for the raise! Mine goes into effect the end of Sept check. We have back up TP ( two large boxes Angel Soft.) and our regular go to ( Kirkland brand).

The Megan Experience says:

I get mine delivered from WGAC & I don't like to run low so I usually order when we get down to the last dozen which means it varies anywhere from 12 to 60 rolls lol.

Lucinda says:

I have too much toilet paper and paper towels! LOL

Jenny Dalton says:

You definitely can’t have too much TP.

Smeca Wash says:

Congratulations on the raise and I usually buy from Costco so it’s the 45 rolls however I know some people have a rule of thumb and they always get toilet paper and paper towels each time they go grocery shopping and that adds up. My MIL garage looks like a Costco store she has an outrageous amount of paper products
